Room I've booked 2BHK with attached private pool. The resort was constructed couple of years back but maintained very poorly. Furnitures were impacted with fungus and it was smelling. They have handed over keys without even cleaning. It was cleaned after we raised a complaint. The private pool was again maintained poorly. It had lot of blanket worms ( all over the pool and entire backyard ) and we were not able to use. I had to use common pool which was again not clean Location Location is kind of good as it's isolated from busy lonawala city streets. But, the route is very poor, If you don't have own vehicle then it's not recommended Service The service was good or above average. The employees were helpfull

Recently I visited this place . Not worth. Too much expensive. Not good at all . The price didn't match the expectation. The bed were not in good condition. Nor the Blanket. It was very smelly and holes in the Blanket. Bed also have stain. The location is not good at all. U need to travel far from the city and then more than 3km on the rough road to reach the resort . In less price u will get better resort in the city. Not worth at all. Lost of money as well as time .

Amazing property for the group of 10-15 people. Very spacious and good vibes. Swimming pool and outside view is very awesome to spend quality time with your loved ones.

Wonderful place for Staycation but the internal road connecting the main highway was in very bad condition. They need to construct a good road.

Some facts: 1. Around 3 km off the old Mum - Pune highway 2. The approach road is narrow and in extremely bad condition (visited in Aug '23) (around 10 mins to reach the highway) 3. Own vehicle is a must 4. Toll is applicable for going to and coming back from Lonavala 5. We stayed in Luxury Studio - it was decent for the cost we paid. 6. Ample parking is available inside the premises 7. Did not get a chance to use the room service 8. The nearest food joint is only at the highway (Buwanchi Missal and Kinara) If you just want to chill in a gated community away from crowded city centre with lots of air and open views, and are ok with the approach road and toll to reach Lonavala then go for it.

The bungalow & villas are nice and peace .The exterior and interior of the place is very beautiful, greener, clean rooms and all material used in rooms goods. well maintained swimming pool and you can go in the swimming pool any time, This is the best way to enjoy it. They have 1bhk to 4bhk room/villas with balcony. And the view from the balcony is awesome. In which they provide mini fridge. They have a canteen but you can get only veg dishes if you want non-veg they will provide from an outside hotel which is also good. All types of foods are included in our expenses. Service was slow at the weekend but they tell you time for delivery of food. The staffs were pretty co-oporative. Best for couples and for groups of friends also. You can go to bhaja caves, lohagarh or visapur fort from this stay which is 4-5 km away. Overall a good experience.
